Returns the value an empty sum has.

static constexpr T combine(T a, T b) noexcept

Combines two finished sums.

Parameters

The left partial.

b

The right partial.

Returns

a + b.

void accumulate(T x) noexcept

Folds one value into the running sum.

Parameters

x

The value to add.

T value() const noexcept

Returns the sum so far.

Returns

The running total.
