`AssertionKind`	Names the macro that failed.
`AssertionAction`	Names what the failing thread does after the handler returns.

Functions

`active_assertion_handler`	Returns this binary's installed handler, or the default handler when none is installed.
`install_assertion_handler`	Makes `handler` the one active_assertion_handler() returns; nullptr restores the default.
`default_assertion_handler`	Returns the handler used when none is installed.
`is_debugger_attached`	Returns true when a debugger is attached to this process.
`break_into_debugger`	Raises a breakpoint trap in the calling thread when a debugger is attached.
`capture_stack_trace`	Returns the calling thread's stack, skipping `frames_to_skip` frames above it.
