`SushiEngine::EventBus::BusStatistics`

Counts what a bus did, for tests and the benchmark.

Properties

`storage_growth_count`	Counts storage growths after the last Bus::reset_statistics.
`delivered_count`	Counts events delivered, one per event per subscriber.
`lane_count`	Holds how many job-thread lanes the bus has opened, live, not reset.
