`SushiEngine::Logging::LogCategory`

Names one module's log records and carries its default run-time threshold.

Properties

`name`	Holds the category's name; it points at a string literal.
`key`	Holds hash_category_name(name), the key of the run-time level table.
`default_level`	Holds the threshold used until a host sets one for this category.
