`SushiEngine::Logging::LogRecord`

Describes one finished record; a view stays valid only during ILogSink::write.

Properties

`monotonic_nanoseconds`	Holds monotonic nanoseconds since the logger started.
`wall_clock_nanoseconds`	Holds wall-clock nanoseconds since the Unix epoch.
`thread_index`	Holds the logger-assigned index of the thread that logged, from 0.
`level`	Holds the record's severity.
`category_name`	Holds the category's name.
`location`	Holds the call site.
`message`	Holds the formatted message, without a trailing newline.
