`SushiEngine::Logging::RotatingFileSinkConfiguration`

Holds where a RotatingFileSink writes and how much it keeps.

Properties

`directory`	Holds the directory; the sink creates it when missing.
`stem`	Holds the file stem; the live file is <stem>.log, older ones <stem>.<n>.log.
`maximum_file_bytes`	Holds the size at which the live file rotates.
`retained_file_count`	Holds how many rotated files are kept besides the live one.
