Pairs one producer thread's ring with its index and its drop and exit counters.

Properties
ring | Holds the thread's records. |
thread_index | Holds the index the registry assigned, from 0. |
owner_thread_id | Identifies the producer thread this ring was created for. |
dropped_records | Counts records refused because the ring was full, apart from ring's own hot fields to spare the consumer's cache line a producer write. |
abandoned | Records that the producer thread has exited. |
