`SushiEngine::Logging::ThreadRingRegistry`

Creates one ring per producer thread on first use and hands the consumer all of them.

Public Methods

`ThreadRingRegistry`	Creates an empty registry whose rings hold `ring_capacity_bytes` each.
`ring_for_current_thread`	Returns the calling thread's ring, creating and registering it on first call.
`snapshot`	Copies the list of live rings into `rings` for the consumer.
`release_abandoned_empty_rings`	Releases every abandoned ring that is empty.
