`SushiEngine::Logging::RingLoggerConfiguration`

Holds the settings a RingLogger is built with.

Properties

`ring_capacity_bytes`	Holds each thread's ring size in bytes; a power of two.
`drain_interval_milliseconds`	Holds the writer's sleep between drains when the rings are idle.
`ordering_grace_milliseconds`	Holds how long a record waits for older records from other threads.
`writer_mode`	Selects who drains the rings.
`clock`	Holds the timestamp source; nullptr selects std::chrono::steady_clock.
