`SushiEngine::Logging::RingLogger`

Implements ILogger for a host process; one instance serves every thread and add-on.

Public Methods

`RingLogger`	Creates the logger and, in WriterMode::Thread, starts its writer.
`~RingLogger`	Stops the writer, drains every ring, and flushes every sink.
`operator=`	Refuses copy assignment.
`add_sink`	Takes ownership of `sink`; it receives every record dispatched afterwards.
`set_minimum_level`	Sets the lowest level any category passes, below each category's threshold.
`set_category_level`	Sets the run-time threshold of the category named `name`.
`dropped_record_count`	Returns the records refused by full rings since construction.
`drain_once`	Drains every ring once, ignoring the ordering grace, and dispatches to the sinks.
`should_log`	Returns true when `level` passes both the minimum level and the category's threshold.
`submit`	Writes the record into the calling thread's ring, or straight to the sinks when Fatal.
`flush`	Blocks until every record submitted before the call reached the sinks.
